Return Policy

For any product found to be defective, a customer may return the unused portion to Carter-Health Disposables for a full refund or credit. 
If the product appears to be damaged upon receipt from transit, a notation MUST be written on the BOL before accepting or rejecting the shipment for claim        purposes. Please submit a copy of the BOL with the notation of damage, along with pictures of the damaged items via email to info@chdisposables.com. If the      required documentation as described above is not provided upon receipt of the returned items, Carter-Health Disposables is not responsible for the damage,        and customer is responsible for paying the shipment cost.
 
If a third-party company of the customer’s choice is the shipper, the customer must place a claim with their shipper and Carter-Health is not responsible for          the damages. 
 
If defect of any kind is evident once the product has already been stocked and then opened, please document with photos, notate the Lot number and submit      to info@chdisposables.com immediately to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
Please note that all returns for reasons other than damaged or defective goods will incur in a 35% restocking fee. Non-damaged or non-defective goods must      receive an RGA number. Returned products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. For non-damaged or non-defective              goods, please note that shipping and handling fees will not be refunded, and the customer will be responsible for paying shipping and handling fees to return      the product.
 
Note: Liquids, disinfectants, testing/environmental supplies and any item with more than 30 days from date of purchase are non-returnable.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Please contact us at the number listed below to request the Return Goods Authorization number (RGA).  Member may also send the request via email to: info@chdisposables.com
  2. To receive a refund or credit, (unless otherwise instructed) all returned products should be shipped to the address listed on the Carter-Health Disposables preauthorized RGA number
